Latest News Feb 2012
KMJ kicked off 2012 with their first gig since reforming at The Punch Bowl in Warwick. Great night, great pub, great audience and great landlord - thanks Mark for having us and inviting us back for two more dates this year.
We've got a number of gigs already booked for this year, but the calendar is very much open. We'll be playing a mix of classic and modern rock tunes from Van Halen, Whitesnake, ZZ Top, Hendrix, The Cult, Thin Lizzy, David Bowie, Stereophonics, The Calling, REM, Snow Patrol, The Who, Chckenfoot - and chucking in a good dose of funk and blues for good measure.
There are still some updates to be done on the site - more info coming soon
The tracks on the music page have been around for a while and we'll be looking to change them real soon. Although, our version of Smoke on the Water has been played on BBC radio, and remains ever popular to this day....so we may just leave it there for old times sake.
Thanks to everyone who has supported us in the past and driven countless miles time and time again to watch us play. We will see you again very soon.

Story Behind The Band Name
Kiss Me, Judas is the title of a modern American noir thriller written by Will Christopher Baer. It is based on the urban legend about a travelling man who goes to sleep one night then wakes in the morning to find that one of his kidney’s has been harvested.
Baer takes the legend one step further by introducing us to a disgraced cop, Phineas Poe, who after his release from a psychiatric hospital, meets up with a beautiful woman in a hotel bar. She is wearing a highly revealing red dress and has a “body like a knife.” Phineas pays her $200 and takes her to his room. The following morning he wakes up in a bathtub full of melting ice, with fresh blood on his fingers and staples in his side. A note has been left…”if you want to live, call 911.” And so he sets out on a dangerous journey of revenge.
Will Christopher Baer created a masterpiece of modern noir with Kiss Me, Judas. It is a deep, dark unravelling journey fuelled by booze, drugs, sex, violence, corruption, murder and rock ‘n’ roll.
Seemed like a good idea for a band name.
